Return Policy
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged products or delivery of an incorrect size (a size different from what was ordered). For all other cases, exchanges or e-vouchers (valid for 1 year) are available.
Returns and exchanges are free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes, or damaged items are received by the customer. However, Zustenjoy reserves the right to levy shipping charges in cases that come under legal scrutiny.
Exchanges are allowed for sizes and products of the same price.

Cancellation Policy
Zustenjoy offers an easy cancellation process for all our customers. You can cancel your online order before the product is shipped, and your entire order amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization.
Refunds are credited to the payment method used during the order, typically within 4-8 days after initiation. Please note that the actual credit timeline depends on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and couriers.
Mode of Refund:

For canceled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective items), the refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT.
