Order Processing
We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes about 24 hours to dispatch items from our warehouses across India. However, if your order includes more than five pieces per product or style, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
To estimate the delivery time for your order, use the “CHECK DELIVERY” option on the product details page.
For most locations, we offer a 48-hour delivery window, excluding the 24-hour order processing period. Please note that deliveries are only made on business days. Sundays and certain holidays are not considered business days, and orders will not be delivered on these days.
Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).
International Shipping:
Shipping fees for international orders are displayed at checkout. A flat rate of ₹2,000 or $25 applies to orders valued at ₹12,000 or $149 or below, while orders over ₹12,000 or $149 qualify for free international shipping.
Customs and International Shipping
All ZUSTENJOY orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in India via DHL to your provided shipping address. Occasionally, additional import duties and taxes may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. While most orders do not incur these fees, we cannot predict when and how much these charges might be.
If additional customs duties are applied, you are responsible for paying these fees. For your convenience, we’ve partnered with DHL to handle customs clearance and ensure your goods are delivered to your doorstep. If DHL provides you with an invoice for import duties and taxes, you will need to pay DHL directly upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or additional import charges, they will be responsible for shipping costs. Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting these charges.
